No long waiting if you call to ask about waiting list. Every 15 minutes. Near my pharmacy.

It was easy to setup a appointment and to reserve my spot in line from the comforts of home. When your sick the last thing you want to do is sit in a waiting room for hours on end. My medical team was also very kind and efficient. They were able to answer my questions and explain everything very well.

I always feel like I’m given full attention and not rushed out the door. The waiting and check-in process is easy and efficient and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. When I can’t get a primary care appointment or need immediate medical attention I always pick care spot.

The virologist/PA who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside was the wait. We got there when it opened, yet several people went in front of us. We waited for at least 45 min in the waiting room and then more in the exam room.
