This was my first time going to a Care Spot, as I am new to the Gainesville, FL area. I really enjoyed my visit at Care Spot and received kind and courteous service form everyone, from the reception area, the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner. Everyone was very compassionate and caring. I made an appointment on the internet using Hold My Spot and was able to be seen that same morning. Minimal wait time which was very much appreciated, when a patient is not feeling up to par. Overall great experience and would very likely return. Thank you!

Physicians assistant was the best one over all doctors visits I’ve ever had. She actually listened and got me exactly what I needed without any fuss. You definitely need more employees like her.
