I had a very long wait but the receptionist at the front desk made the wait very comfortable. She was so friendly and helpful to everyone that came in and kept me updated on the wait. I wasn’t aware that you could make an appointment but I know now that I most certainly will next time. Refreshments such as coffee, water and snacks is a big plus while waiting to be seen.
