They were extra busy but we’re forthright to each person that it was going to be a bit to be seen. If they didn’t know an answer they asked peers to see if they could learn the answer. The front desk ladies worked as a team. The nurses are genuinely compassionate and the doctor talked to me like a person he was getting to know. Not talk at, down or over. He was clear in his explanations of what he felt I had going on to do, how we could improve & what to do if condition worsens. Genuine patient care had seemed to be lacking at most places as Drs & nurses burnt out from medicine seeking patients & lying while genuine patients wanting help & understanding are looking for care you all have provided. Thank you!
