It was easy to start the process. What I didn’t like is handling the pad to input info when everyone is sick.

Received a friendly greeting when I arrived. Didn’t cop an attitude when I wasn’t 100 percent sure about my insurance (we got it straight). Didn’t have to wait too long even though I was a walk in. NP JP was very thorough and addressed my concerns. My discharge paperwork was better than that received from a hospital discharge.

I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment. The person who took my vitals seemed very unfriendly. Being a nurse myself, I always try to make my patients feel comfortable. The receptionist and the PA were very professional. Because of them, I would return to your facility for urgent care.
