From the front desk to the nurse to the physician. Everyone was so helpful. The wait was not long at all. Staff was very friendly and made me very comfortable. I dont live in the area but willing to drive back in the future for excellent care.

Very friendly and efficient employees at the front desk. Also, Jessy (nurse or medical assistant) was very kind, not only to my son and me, but also to an elderly lady who came in and seemed to be extremely ill. Dana was very attentive and listened patiently to my teenage son when he described how he was feeling. Altogether, it was as pleasant of an experience as urgent care can be.

There was no wait, the receptionist was very friendly, using an ipad to provide the info was very nice. The male nurse who attended to me could have been more friendlier. He was so serious. The PA was also very friendly, diagnosed the issue and educated me on what it was. I was in and out in 40 min. The bathroom has tamper proof tape all over which was very weird, also the faucet was not working. Other than this, everything was fine.
