The hours of operation and the ability to get in and out in a timely manner. If my daughter needed an x-ray, I like the fact the center could do it on site instead of sending us out.

This time there was a very kind practitioner on duty. He listened to my health problems with an open mind and just the right amount of sympathy. He took the time to diagnose the illness and researched the medicines to suit the situation. He also agreed that I should take time off from work to get rest and get well. He gave me 3 days off from work. That seemed to be the standard. I know that during the last union/management talks, we negotiated for more time off work without the need to bring in a doctors excuse. It is 6 days now, so maybe the word will get to health care providers and we will be given more days on a doctor note.
