Fast and quick. Very k8nd staff and drs.

The PAs and other staff at carespot were phenomenal. I know that flu season is very busy, but they made sure I was taken care of and listened to! I had gone to my PCP twice within the last two weeks before visiting carespot, and the carespot PA saw that my PCP had me on the wrong antibiotics and didn’t hesitate to switch my antibiotic, prescribe steroids, and give suggestions to other avenues for symptom management while the antibiotics and steroids took time to work. If I’m ever acutely ill again, I won’t hesitate to come back to this carespot!

Dr. Cabrera was very helpful and kind. He also was readily available to help me with my concerns when I had to call back later that day. The nurse was very caring and patient as I explained my symptoms. Sean at the front desk was very considerate of how ill I was and came to me for my insurance cards and such rather than having me get up every time. Overall this was a wonderful experience and a great team. I will say the front desk seemed stressed as there was only one person working. I highly recommend having 2 possibly even 3 to help handle the workload and flow of patients. You all are wonderful and amazing. I’m grateful I came here for care. Thank you all for helping me.

Able to make an appointment, fast, convenient! They have all my numbers so I don’t have to spend much time on paperwork when I go. And it’s completely covered by my provider!

People were very friendly and handled my needs right away. I was able to get my prescription and get better. Also they filled out the computer stuff as I am not good at that. It all added up to a pleasant experience. Thank you.
