Professional,timely,staff were very accommodating

Last time I went, Friday, Jan. 24th, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The doctor was exceptional, compassionate and on the cutting edge of medicine. I really needed her service and advice, because no other doctor had actually helped me for a whole month. She (Kim Basile), listened well to everything I said and took to heart my every need. She was very thorough and checked each concern. I had gone on Monday of the same week and did not feel good about some of the things the receptionist said. I will call about that this week. The doctor was fine but did not have the knowledge that Kim Basile did.

It runs very smoothly starting at the check in. What I like is that there is an MD to take care of your problem, many walk-ins only have a physician assistant. The other good thing is that you can an appointment on line ahead of time instead of waiting a long time if they are busy.

Dr. Morgan is the best !! He is so attentive, caring and personable! He really cares and listens to me and my family when we need medical care. He is one of a kind and Med post is so lucky to have him! Give the man a raise ! He is the reason we go to this specific Med post and will always go as long as he is there.
