Quality and faster service

The staff are absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to two Medpost locations recently and the staff are always welcoming and I’ve felt very confident with both doctors I’ve seen.

The Customer service rendered by Julie and Heather was phenomenal. Also one of the Dr’s along with the staff there treated my son in an emergency and they helped triage us to the hospital for expedient care. They didn’t even charge and also wrote him a prescription. I go here when i need urgent care because they really do care. Thank you guys. ~djlw~

The amazing service of the front desk team. Jeanette and Awilda have excellent customer service. They provided outstanding service to every single customer, either in person or by phone. Jennifer, the nurse that took my vitals was nice as well. The visit of PA Dailey was fast but fine, with the exception of a mild cigarette/smoke odor. I would definitely go back.

I registered online, made an appt and was taken on time. Victoria was so nice, she took her time to explain what I needed, emailed the prescription I needed and I was out in 30 mins

The first time I went to this location, I had a hard time. The original people I dealt with 2 years ago were just not the best. I went here a few days ago, after not going for a while., and everything went much better, and more efficient. The staff was much friendlier this time around
