NP was very attentive and very friendly. Took the time to explain everything. Reception was very unfriendly and didn’t give a crap. The kind who doesn’t greet you, doesn’t make eye contact, and simply replies to your questions with single word answers as if engaging a patient costs her money! Just unfriendly and didn’t give a crap.
