Staff was very friendly. No wait time. NP Katie was very thorough and diagnosed my illness. The prescriptions she gave me and the OTC meds she suggested got me feeling better within 8 hours. I will definitely go back there to the Palm Desert Medpost.

Despite the number of patients, the deak staff was expeditious and friendly. The wait wasn’t overly long considering the number of patients. Proper test was ordered. They listened to my concerns. Medications we’re prescribed. Appointments can be made as well.

I was quickly and pleasantly greeted. I was seen just as quickly, not set in a room to wait forever. My issue was addressed, resolved and I was sent on my way in less than an hour. Only been here twice and both times impressed by staff and cleanliness of facility. Thank you all
