Dr was very personable, great bedside manner and did a good job at putting me at ease after somewhat scary night time interlude. Front desk staff was also terrific.

My son recommended Care Spot and he went on and on about how friendly, nice, and caring everyone treated him when he needed the services. Last weekend I asked him to get me an appointment because I had been sick for awhile. I arrived at the appointment at 9:30 a.m. Sunday the 19th. The gentleman at the desk was terrific. He explained the process, gave me a mask, cleaned the IPad and explained why it was wet. Not too long later I went in and again, was treated very respectfully. The PA and Assistant listened to my attempts to heal-myself, which was not working. By the time I left, they had given me 2 shots, a breathing treatment, and xray. I was in worse shape than I could have ever fixed myself, but they were so understanding and NICE! Everyone there was attentive, helpful, listened, and treated the problems. I feel much better today (Wednesday) and have already recommended this Care Spot to my neighbors and friends. The facility was also extremely clean and well organized! Please do not change a thing and please give the Sunday morning staff (Jan 19) my thanks and kudos for showing that they care and obviously love their job!
