What I did like was that I call to make an appointment and was graciously welcome and was told I had an option to make the appointment or if I had the time I could now if I could now and spend about an hour in wait time .I am a school bus driver and was off that day I was impress that works for me I did not had to take time off for the visit and I will always remember to tell my friends and co workers.
