The young lady at the reception desk was friendly, polite and extremely efficient! She greeted clients, fielded questions, handed out paperwork, handled payments and more in a very effective manner. Having been an office manager in my past employment, I really appreciated her calm and professional work skills. The nurse/x-ray technician who did my information was equally impressive. She asked all the right questions to ascertain my problem, kept me informed as to the next steps in the examination and the x-rays, and in actually wrapping my painful ankle and a brace for my knee. She was very sympathetic and careful and compassionate about the pain I was experiencing and even helped me walk to my car. The PA was everything you want your medical practitioner to be – knowledgeable, communicative, friendly and efficient. My entire experience at this facility was a positive one – they identified my problem and gave me the treatment and instructions on what to do as a follow-up in a manner which was consistently excellent!
