Scheduled appointment on line. It was on time and saw doctor within 10-15 minutes and received meds very quickly. Public bathroom needed to be cleaner (have soap and towel dispenser working) and coffee/tea area not clean. All of the other areas were very clean.

The doctors really listened and they talk with you. Not above you or treat you less than and if they can’t help you they do everything they can to get you set up with Drs or specialists that can. They genuinely care. Wish I had them for my primary Dr.

When I got to CareSpot, I was seen right away and the PA, Melissa, was very thorough. She made sure that I understood what was going on with my infection and the proper care to be taken. You can tell she really cares for her patients.
