Great service. Even though the wait was long the staff would constantly check in to see if I was okay and ensured that I would be taken care of soon. When getting my drug test and PPD done they were extremely kind and explained thoroughly. Staff even cleaned the restroom before I went in to give my urine sample. Definitely great service!

You are very close to my home so it is very convenient. I especially like the remote check in. It makes it easier to get in and out. The staff is also very professional and courteous. The office is always very clean and neat.

I went to two different locations that day and the contrast in care is glaring. The colonial location featured team members who were knowledgeable, efficient and seemed to show genuine concern for patients. The kirkman location was the exact opposite- it featured staff who seemed bothered by patient concerns and were generally dunce when it came to answering questions related to care and insurances. Please send some of the colonial staff to train the kirkman team.
