Able to make appointment online, pre-registration online, & see a doctor on the same day (if needed). All great services to have, offer, patients/clients. My current GP takes 2-4 weeks to get an appointment, when you call 7-10 days in advanced; something that didn’t use to be, but is common now AND very SAD)…..all of which is vital & what ppl desire/NEED when ill or not at their “best”.
