You can reserve a spot so you don’t have to wait as long. When there running behind they let you know about how long. Staff at Ocoee is friendly, caring and patient. Dr.’s and PA’s seem knowledgeable and take time to explain things. Suggestion: develop a system to text patients (that have reserved a spot) and let them know if the schedule has slipped and they’re running behind.
