So thankful I was able to bring my son in to be seen before MedPost closed on Sunday evening. I called at 7:20pm and was told I had to be registered by 7:30pm in order to be seen. The gal who answered the phone was trying to make me an appointment for the following morning, but my son was really sick. I work and couldn’t bring my son the following day. I got in the door by 7:30pm and the gal I talked to on the phone was the gal at the desk. She explained to me that the registration process takes 15 min. And she told me already on the phone that I needed To be registered before 7:30. She also said that she could see my son was sick and would allow us to be seen. Victor Ortega was the NP and he was so wonderful. Very thorough, very courteous and kind. I was so happy that he saw my son and didn’t complain about it because it was almost closing time. The nurse was also very nice and I’m so thankful my son was given medication to help with his fever and nausea. Thanks to their staff for allowing us to be seen.
