The service runs like a business. Friendly, competent staff. Professional demeanor from everyone. The wait times are not long considering this is a urgent care facility. My last appointment I was in and out so quickly, and everything was handled so efficiently from the moment I walked in. The desk staff are courteous and efficient, the nurses and medical providers listen closely, and explain things thoroughly without patronizing. Altogether an experience that alleviates the stress of needing immediate medical care
