Friendly, no waiting and felt very comfortable

There is a good service in general, it would be good if the weekend personnel received a little more training in Insurances, co-payments and more. since they were going to charge extra costs. My husband who had been here days ago explained to the front-desk how to do it and what kind of receipt we needed to present the corresponding expense for insurance. Those who attend in the week have better management of insurance and co-payments. But there is always a lot of respect and kindness from all the staff.

It was fast & efficient. The nurse was friendly & kind to my daughter. The doctor was also warm and very professional. I felt that my daughter received good care. My daughter has strep throat & we got a prescription for a Z-pack so she can start feeling better. Thank you!

I was admitted, treated, and departed in less than an hour. In fact, it was about 45 minutes start to finish. I was treated with kindness and directness. The treatment was as thorough as needed. I am quite pleased and have already recommended the Olive Branch, MS MedPost location on Facebook.
