we were greeted by a very professional and friendly front office personal and asked us if we would like to make an appointment for the following morning instead of facing a 3 hour wait. The next day as we arrived for our appointment it was just a few minutes until we were seen by the doctor. He was very friendly and caring. After he checked out my husband’s problem, he was very kind and said that he thought that it was best with the situation to go to Loma Linda Veteran’s Hospital to be seen by a doctor in case my husband would need further treatment and that it may be that he would have to be kept overnight..I appreciate each and everyone that assisted us and so glad that we have available urgent care to go to as a Veteran

The lady that worked with me to conduct the drug screening was great. I had a lot of questions about the process and she did a fabulous job explaining. I am no doctor but she really seemed to know what she was doing. Great interpersonal skills too.

A salute to the doctor who took care of me last Jan. 11, 2020 when i has a spell of dizziness. I was diagnosed with Vertigo and he explained to me everything about it. He was efficient and accommodating.
