I made an appointment and thus waited less than 10 minutes upon arrival to a packed waiting room. My appointment was at 7:00 p.m. and staff had to be exhausted after a day filled with sick patients coughing, sneezing, complaining, etc., yet – I was treated professionally, warmly and personably by check in staff, my nurse, Sierra and the physician, Dr. Kessler. Everyone seemed focused on learning of my symptons and coming up with an effective treatment plan.
