This was my first visit to a Care Spot facility. I was not able to get an appointment or response from my primary care doctor. I was so impressed with the staff and the facility. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. She prescribed medications and gave me clear instructions on what to do. I appreciated her caring attitude and would highly recommend her.

Awesome staff. I got there near 7 PM(closes at 8 PM) and they got me right end. I like the tablet form of registration. Location easy to find. I found out Care Spot is an authorized VA urgent care center. No more going to Gainesville!

The two times that I have gone I have never had to wait hours like every other urgent care I have been to. I will continue to utilize your urgent care as long as I am in the area. Also, all staff members are very nice and helpful. I felt heard at this urgent care.
