This is the only Urgent Care that I go to. Yesterday was my 3rd visit to this office. They have been friendly, kind and thorough for each of the visits.

The persons at the the front desk were helpful, professional yet kind and explained clearly what items they needed at check in and the process. My husband is nervous at Dr. Appointments and a little hard of hearing but they made the instructions clearly yet kindly. The person taking the vital signs did the same and was upbeat and kind as well. Dr Kessler was brilliant and thorough yet efficient without making us feel rushed. After we told him my husband spent 40 years working in a paper mill he ordered a chest X-ray due to his extended cough of nearly a month. This provided me (spouse) great peace of mind.
