The friendliness of the staff. The thorough discussion with Dr. Kessler and his attention to detail. Also, he called me later at home to check on me and the test results from N. Florida Regional Medical Center.

I had such a great experience during my visit. Dr Lopez is absolutely amazing; he took his time to explain everything to me, was calm and patient, heard me out. He didn’t rush to just get me out and going. He showed that he cared and really wanted to find out the cause of my symptoms. The nurse who drew my blood was awesome as well! She was so friendly and made me feel relaxed. Yes, I am an employee for Orlando Health, but I have never visited any of our hospitals or urgent care locations. This was a wonderful experience, and I’m glad to know that this is how our patients are treated as well.
