MedPost was great. They worked with my out of country travel insurance so that I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. The staff were professional and friendly. And I got the treatment I needed to continue my holiday!

I was pleasantly surprised and had a very good experience when I went to the Care Spot on Monday, 1/13/2020. The nurse Denise who administered my EKG was really great, very friendly and supportive. And the P.A. Robert was great as well, he even spoke to my wife for me on the phone to explain his recommendation. I rely on her because she is a CCRN and MS RN and understands everything he was talking about as far as the EKG and cardiology info he was talking about whereas I didn’t. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] D. When you make an appointment you get to see a Dr. within minutes of the appointment. No sitting in a room by yourself for 30-45 minutes 👍

Being able to sign in or make an appointment online, combined with location, makes needing to be seen by a doctor about as quick and easy as possible, especially since you are able to accept my CHAMPVA coverage. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, too, and that matters especially when hurting or feeling poorly.

The staff and doctors are very kind, and really listen to what you have to say. They actually spend time with you, not rushing your appointment to move on to the next patient. I have been here a couple of times in the mid afternoon, and they are really great about keeping your appointed time. I think the longest I have ever had to wait past my appointment was about 5 minutes.

The guy that I worked with at the desk was knowledgeable and very professional but not so to the point where he didn’t have a sense of humor he made my visit pleasant

I was miserable with a bladder infection for about a week and thought I could treat it myself . However, it became worse. MedPost prescribed two medications and I am on my way to recovery!
