My overall experience was great. The nurse and doctor were both so attentive. My only complaint would be about the front desk person. She did not appear to be very happy to be at work and was very short and rude with her responses.

It is very close to our home in the Beacon Hill Neighborhood. The times we have gone we are seen quickly and efficiently. This last time we went the Physician’s Assistant or similarly prepared person was very helpful. He really listened and seemed to care about the patient giving us advice on future actions. He was respectful to an elderly patient. The only concern is that we sign up online and we got the time mixed up. It was not very clear. Please make is very simple so older people can access it successfully.
