I had never gone to an urgent care facility before and always heard not so good things about them. But, my injuries did not need a regular ER so I set up an appointment with MedPost. To say I was impressed is an understatement! From the kind and helpful receptionist helping me with paperwork, to the attending nurse, and the doctor. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, listened to what happened to me and my concerns over medication, answered all of my questions and took great care of me! I can’t say enough good things about the care I received and the people who work there! I won’t hesitate to use MedPost again in the future if I need to and am very happy to recommend them!

I was sent there for a DT. No medical issues. Front office lady was nice and welcoming. Check-in tablet was easy to use. Back staff that came and got me did not introduce herself or her title, so I can’t give any detail comments other than she was nice.
