No waiting

Went in for DOT physical. Love that I can do it at carespot. They’re conveniently located and I could do it on a Saturday! The doctor was very friendly and the front desk lady was very nice. I think she was a little bombarded with work. Wish she had a second person there to help her. I didn’t really have to wait long. It did take longer than expected though but that’s probably because I forgot how Meticulous is it is.

Speed and accessibility. Receptionist was very friendly and professional. I do wish the doctors would take more time diagnosing but very satisfied.

Very quick and easy and very close to home. Love the hours. Now I don’t have to wait until Monday when my Doctor’s office opens and can get treatment started for a sinus infection right away.

The times I have needed to be seen, I went as a walk-in and the wait time was very short. I also like that they will see you by appointment online. The entire staff is always courteous, caring and professional.

When I stopped in, there was a long back-up, so the girl at the desk set up an appointment for me so I didn’t have to wait. When I returned, I was seen in a timely manner. I was also able to get my prescription filled there, instead of having to take it somewhere else.
