I came to this location after waiting almost 2 hours at the Perimeter park location. I had “an appointment” at that location at 1:15…at almost 3:00 they told me San Jose had no wait. Everyone in the staff at the San Jose location was wonderful but that was the 3rd awful experience at that location. The cyst I have became worse from sitting in a chair and I ended up having surgery in the ER because of the Perimeter Park location. As a brand, Baptist needs to get control over that location and make it run as smoothly as the San Jose Care Spot.

Was fairly quick and easy. However, before I drove there, I called at least 10 times and there was no answer. Just curious why because there were plenty of people there. I forgot to ask while I was there. I thought I should make an appointment. Everyone was very helpful. So far I have improved just a little bit. Thank you Care Spot!!

The doctor was very thorough and kind. He didn’t make us feel like a number, but he was very patient and took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood what we needed to do. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was top notch!
