All of the staff members were courteous and professional, and the doctor was exceptionally good at diagnosing my symptoms as well as making lifestyle improvement suggestions.

I went to the Medpost on Kenworthy since it’s close to our house. We arrived at 6:40 and was told that they were no longer taking any walk in patients and have been busy all day so the provider was trying to catch up. The reception offered to make an appt for us in the am. My daughter was in a lot of pain and could not wait. So I called the Paseo Del Norte location and explained the situation and told them it would take me about 20 mins to get there; they said they would still see my daughter. I made a typically 20 min drive in 12 mins….. once I got there they told me that there was no reason why the first location couldn’t see me. They checked their records for the day and saw they weren’t as busy as they claimed and they should have seen my daughter no problem. They did apologize on the other location’s behalf. The staff were all amazing; very efficient, kind and fast. Thank you so much for everything!
