Every staff member I saw was so great and in amazing humor even though it was almost time for them to leave for the evening. Have been going to Care Spot for many years and they have handled every problem superbly! Highly recommend!

I was faced with an extremely personal time sensitive situation. The entire Location went out of their way to do their best to accommodate me within their means. Two employees in particular stick out in my mind by name and that is Sheila and Brodie. I do not want to discount the training manager who assisted me today I am just not familiar with her name at this point in time. But overall I have never felt more understood, appreciated and cared for in such a sensitive situation as I did at the care spot location on 43rd St. in Gainesville. I am so grateful and thankful and appreciative of of the service I received from this particular location today I am at a loss of words to express it. This location and these employees in particular stand out. I will without a doubt recommend this location to anyone and everyone who needs urgent care thanks to them. Considering the fact that I work as a personal injury litigation paralegal for a very large firm I hope that puts a little bit of weight on my recommendation. This location and those particular employees should absolutely be recognized for exceptional service because it doesn’t happen often. I just sincerely want to thank all of the employees at that location from the bottom of my heart and I hope their adequately recognized.

The girl that checked me in was so nice and managed a busy waiting room very well, and the Doctor was awesome, extremely warm and friendly. They made a uncomfortable situation (I had the flu) as nice as possible. I would not hesitate to return should I need urgent care!

Fast service and PA was so efficient. She thoroughly explained my condition, whAt she was going to do and the timeline for calling me with the results of an X-ray. Very satisfied and would do a referral for follow up care.
