Everyone was polite, it was relatively quick, and the doctor was friendly and seemed to care. My arm/shoulder was concerning me and he explained where the problem stemmed from which makes perfect sense. Now that I know what the problem is, I know rest was a better route than aggressively rehabbing the ROM. I’ll give that a better try before consulting an orthopedist. Much appreciated.
