DR. LOPEZ WAS GREAT AND SO WAS THE STAFF. THE OFFICE WAS FULL AND THEY STILL MANAGED TO SEE PEOPLE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SPAN.

All in all, it was a good experience. Would have been quicker if we did not have to wait for my x-rays to be reviewed (outside of the office I went to); however, I totally understood the wait. The folks that took care of me were friendlly and caring; my only feedback would be around my arrival to the location and no there to greet us (there was another patient that arrived at the same time I did)…we waited a few minutes before someone arrived to assist us; It just felt “awkward”….Once the person at the reception area arrived she was all business….which is fine; however, it would have been nice to get a greeting and a “how may we help you today?….she seemed very cold and not very approachable. I was not feeling great so I left it at that. Overall, you took good care of me and for that I thank you, [NAME REMOVED]-Vasconez
