Convenient location and staff is pleasant. On this last visit, the NP came in while waiting on the MA so not to waste time. I appreciated that!!

I was seen quick, the staff listened with concern and open mind and respect, I have never been this sick as the day of the visit, unfortunately it was the flu, but within an hour I was home with my medication and back into bed.

The doctors were very kind and helpful. They even offend to refund my money on their own when I went in for care and they said they couldn’t treat me until some test results came back. They gave me some tips while I wait for the results and offered to refund me my copay. I thought that was very nice of them.

We were called in a very timely manner for check in. Also short wait time to see the doctor. Doctor listened carefully to symptoms and gave thorough exam. Prescribed meds to our pharmacy. It was over the holidays and another family came down with same symptoms. We went back to CareSpot and received the same care with different staff. Very impressed.

Everyone is so friendly, helpful and accommodating every time I go in there. Much more so than any other doctor,s office, urgent care or emergency room I’ve been to, and I have been to a lot of each of those.
