I went to the cypress location and the place was empty. The desk staff was inattentive, and rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Horrible customer service. I live in cypress. I drove all the way to the Costa Mesa location to take my sick daughter, and was greeted right away. Seen in about 15 minutes, and was in and out of there in about 40 minutes. Excellent experience. The cypress location needs Different desk staff. This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience there because Of this problem!
