Front desk associate (not aware of the official title and I failed to capture his name) was very courteous, professional and attentive. My feedback is based on his interactions with me as well as my observations of his interactions with multiple others seeking medical attention. In addition, I can say the same concerning the medical staff that attended my concerns. I have have visited urgent care facilities on a couple of other occasions mostly seeking care for family members. This was by far, the best experience to date.. thank you
