I love the professionalism and the attention to my needs. Everyone was nice and welcoming from the time I walked in until I walked out the door. The attention to my medical needs was extremely detailed. I highly recommend.

Very professional. It was a super busy day. The front desk was none stop with one admit after another. Several customers got angry with the wait time and some were very ugly to the receptionist that was clearly doing an amazing job under the most stressful environment imaginable. She kept a smile on her face and continued to push through the mess for several hours. When I left the patient load had not stopped and I told her she was doing an incredible job.

Very Fast, excellent staff. Last time I used a Urgent Care Service in Texas was the facilities in the Holly Lakes Area. I was told my Insurance Covered it. They ran my card through they Computer and Approvec it. I got a bill a few weeks Later for $400. Totally different this time.
