I appreciate the help and sincere concern of the doctors and nurses. CareSpot is amazing for medical attention that is required immediately, but not worth going to the emergency room.

HAD APPT. WAS SEEN PROMPTLY AFTER ARRIVING AND BEING CHECKED IN. REGISTRATION WAS EASY. MA WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. DR. COLUMBO HAS A GREAT “BEDSIDE MANNER”, LISTENED, TO THE POINT, AND THOROUGH.

1. Appointment by phone 2. NP Katie Topper was very good, explained what she was diagnosing and planned treatment. She returned again after preparing the prescriptions and treatment and reviewed all with me. 3. Nurse did a good job…but did not take temperature? 4. Front office check-in process was organized and efficient although I was surprised that as a repeat customer (two months prior) that I had to re-verify with the I-Pad several basic (who am I items). I expected to again provide my identification and medical insurance cards so that was fine but the I-Pad data verification would think not necessary.
