Medical staff is very competent and efficient. Was disappointed that the young African American woman who checked me in was slouched in her chair like she was home watching TV. Didn’t even sit up when waiting on me. While I was completing the tablet questions, she was on what sounded like a personal call, talking to someone who was apparently at SteinMart. Very unprofessional.

The wait was pretty long but the PA was nice and efficient. I couldn’t get a smile from the assistant that took my blood pressure, temp, etc to save my life. Somebody should tell her that a smile goes a long way when your interacting with people.
