This clinic has been great for me to use especially when a heath issue arises on a holiday or weekend. I appreciate being able to book online and have the time honored. The staff is friendly and professional and the medical advice is sound.

The medical services were good, however I was instructed prior to my visit by my health care insurance to have the intake person call them in order for the carrier to confirm approval for medications. Upon completing the digital intake form I conveyed the instructions to the intake person. I was told that I was approved which was partially correct. I was approved for the TriWest Insurance for a doctor visit. The remaining process required a call from the vendor for prescription approval. Upon arriving at Walgreen’s I approved for the over the counter drug, but not for the prescription. It took me on the phone with TriWest approximately and additional one half hour along with the pharmacy to obtain my prescription medication. These delays when one is not feeling well become larger than normal. Had the intake person listen to my request and complied the above would have been avoided.

Efficient and effective

We are new to the area and I didn’t have a doctor or know where a good urgicare was located. I read the Yelp reviews of Care Spot and so glad I went there. I made an appointment on line and did most of the paperwork online so check-in was very easy and the staff extremely nice. I was treated and the nurse practitioner explained very well what she was doing and even with the center needing to treat an emergency I was home in about an hour. I would definitely recommend.
