I was there at 8 a.m. as soon as the clinic opened. I was processed and seen promptly. The doctor asked the right questions and provided the appropriate treatment.

I went to the Palm Desert location. I was very impressed. The clinic was very clean. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful which was the first line I encountered. The back office staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Lewis was great too even though it was late in the evening almost completing a 12 hour shift. Great team and very efficient. I will be back again should I need to. Being sick is a vulnerable spot to be in and I appreciate how the staff serviced me. My visit was on 1-4-20 Saturday evening. I am a Kaiser Permanente member and know there are no KP urgent care clinics in the valley. Please be mindful to the doctor and staff as to this is an extremely busy season. Give doctor all the help he needs. Thank you.
