We got a same day appointment. The receptionist was polite and professional. I enjoyed that the wait was not long from when we checked in; maybe 6 minutes tops. I enjoyed that the wair for the doctor to come into the room was not long either. I enjoyed that there was an option for hot chocolate. Over all the staff was very kind and our experience was good

Being able to make an appointment is optimum. You are sick already, don’t need to sit and share germs with others not as ill possibly.

The entire process from walking in to getting seen by the doctor was efficient. There were three patients waiting to be seen when I walked in. I left an hour later. I feel like service was quick but also thorough. I will definitely come back.

While the front desk guy was fairly rude on the phone and at our arrival, he was better at the end of our visit but we’ve always had great doctors that care and make sure they are thorough and come up with the best medical treatment.
