They gave me an appt time and kept it, receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The nurse took my vitals and meds and what was bothering me. The Doctor was very nice and helpful. This is my second visit and if need be I will go back again. Thank you all.

The Bartlett office needs training with how to handle walk-in’s. I did not have an appointment, but I was told I can wait and see it the next apt did not show up then I could take that spot. There were 2 people in the waiting room. I was told they had to honor the apts. So if all the apts of the day showed up then I would not get to see the doctor. And I would have sat there all day for nothing. I told her that’s not how walk-in’s work. I ended up going to the G’town office and the people there are AWESOME!

They try different named antibiotics and try to change up the medication list so that you can knock out the sickness. I am still working on getting rid of my cold.

The staff was awesome. The NP was very personable which is unusual at urgent care facilities.

I liked the end to end experience. Starting with the check in process with the receptionis, then with initial trial followed by the nurse. The doctor check, directions and prescriptions, and then feeling well next day. 🙂
