I was a walk in and the doctor was very thorough spent time with me gave directions and paperwork. I was just Disappointed at the CareSpot on Hendrix as I had an appointment there for 1130 and when I got there they told me they didn’t have strips to check my urine to go to another CareSpot. I wish they would let me know before I got there because I live on the other side of town and the only reason I made an appointment there was because it was the earliest appointment I could get.They had no one in the waiting room either but did look up which CareSpot’s nearby could see me as a walk in when I went down to the San Jose care spot It Was very busy with appointments and walk-ins.

Care Spot in Nocatee was very professional and accommodating. From the check in to the Physician, all were very helpful. My quoted wait time was less than expected and the doctor was very thorough. I would highly recommend this facility.
