Online appointment option was easy to use and worked out very well for me. Wait time to be examined was a little long, but to be expected on a holiday. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

I was from out of town and I got to the clinic after the last patient was checked-in. The receptionist ensured that I had an appointment very early the next morning. I felt like it was still important that I was seen by a medical professional.

The entire experience at this carespot was very satisfying. The administrative staff’s services along with that of the medical staff was very soothing to me during my visit. The level of care from medical staff was thorough and very informative for my immediate and long-term care. As a result of how I was treated at the Care Spot, i will be coming back for care if and when the need arises.

Customer service was very good. I liked they offer tea and coffee along with mask for people to wear while in the room. The Dr was quick to come into my room and get a script for me.

Very good experience. I was checked in and saw the Dr. In about 15 minutes. He diagnosed my condition and was on my way. The staff was polite and efficient and the facility was neat and clean with parking right in front of the building.

The availability for an appointment. Be able to register on line cutting down the wait time. You need to show the same courtesy at all your location with water and snacks. Have some one to show some attention to the bathroom around the lunch hour.
