I came in on Wednesday – 1/1/20. I saw Amy and she did some preliminary tests. She said also immediately she needed me to go to an ER and that it was imperative that I go. She contacted the ER at the Hospital I told her I would go to and sent me with some introduction paperwork. This was a very smart decision on Amy’s part, as my oxygen level was dangerously low and she did not feel equipped to handle this. I was admitted to the hospital at Baptist South and they have diagnosed me and I am improving. I do believe that Amy is an Asset to Care Spot, I have always received excellent care there and this time it was no exception – – only this time they understood their limits and directed me where I needed to be! Thanks.
