I liked being able to place an appointment online and be able to be called as soon as I arrived. Got attended to as soon as I was called, got treated, medications were forwarded to my pharmacy and I was out the door. Great service.

I did not wait a long time even if I was a walk in patient. I was well attended to by all the staff especially Dr. Mora. Everybody is very considerate and courteous.

I have used CareSpot several times over the years, Most doctors can not see you on short notice, so CareSpot is a good option if you need relief for say a cold, or sinus infection. If you pre-register you are usually in/out in a short period of time.

I felt like Dr. Quick actually listened to me and gave me the prescription I needed. It seems to be working! Thank you! I also love the coordination with the Veterans Administration. Makes it very easy for me.

I really liked the NP that treated me. She was awesome. I wasn’t too happy with the front desk staff. They were exaggerating times to get people to leave because of the holiday. They would not allow you to check in and come back. I was quoted 3 hours and was seen in 1.5. The 2 working the desk on 1/1/2020 were laughing about upset callers and discussing how they have been cussed at and hung up on. It was sad seeing people and kids who were very sick be turned away. I tried to make an appointment online but it did not allow for this location.
